Ryan Goodman, MPT, SCS
I'm a Physical Therapist with over 18 years of Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Experience. I became board certified (SCS) as a sports physical therapist in 2018 by successfully completing a rigorous examination, demonstrating specialized knowledge and advanced clinical proficiency. I'm an avid hockey player and fan, serving 10 seasons as the Team Physical Therapist for the Columbus Blue Jackets. I have my Masters in Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University and my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Wright State University.
My dry needling and cupping training was by Sue Falsone, former head athletic trainer and physical therapist of the Los Angeles Dodgers and was Head of Athletic Training and Sport Performance with US Soccer’s Men’s National Team. Sue directly trained under Dr. Yun-tao Ma, founder of the American Dry Needling Institute and author of multiple publications and textbooks in the field. Her company Structure and Function, provides training nationally for Physical Therapists, Athletic trainers, Chiropractors, and Physicians. She has also trained individuals across all aspects of professional sports.
