Ryan Goodman, MPT, SCS, SFDN
When you’re in pain or limited by an injury, you want more than exercises—you want answers, a clear plan, and someone you can trust to guide you back to doing what you love.
I’m a Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience in orthopedic and sports medicine, helping active teens and adults recover from injury, move better, and return to their daily lives and sports with confidence. I became a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) in 2018, a designation that reflects advanced training and clinical expertise in treating complex orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
I’m also certified in dry needling through Structure & Function Education, allowing me to address pain, muscle dysfunction, and movement limitations with precise, evidence-based techniques. My approach has been trusted at the highest level of sport—I served for 10 seasons as a Team Physical Therapist for the Columbus Blue Jackets—yet my focus remains the same for every patient: individualized care, honest communication, and treatment that actually works for your goals.
Beyond the clinic, I travel across the U.S. as a lead instructor teaching other physical therapists how to perform dry needling safely and effectively using the latest research. This keeps my skills sharp and ensures my patients benefit from the most current, proven techniques available.
Whether your goal is to get out of pain, return to sport, or simply move and live better, you’ll receive one-on-one care backed by experience, expertise, and a commitment to helping you succeed.
