Package of 3 Functional Movement Correction Sessions
This includes FMS/YBT testing and individualized Move2Perform report indicating injury risk assessment. Sessions are approximately 1 hour each, and will consist of more detailed assessment if necessary and treatment of movement dysfunctions. Athletes will be provided exercises to work on to build their fundamental movement patterns and instruction in progression will be provided. This approach provides a solid foundation to build/enhance strength and skill development. Package price $450.00. **Please note: All training sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase**
